TPP has worked closely with Clicks since 1997 to produce Clicks ClubCard magazine as well as a number of printed supplements. Over the years the relationship has seen a number of awards for Clicks ClubCard magazine, including best customer magazine and best editor in the customer magazine category.
Since March 2015, the magazine – free to Gold ClubCard Members – has been distributed directly via Clicks stores across South Africa, with an average print run of 500 000. Gold ClubCard Members must swipe their ClubCards to receive a copy, which ensures that the magazine is a reward for loyal, high-spending customers.
Clicks ClubCard is complemented by targeted supplements, an interactive ezine and monthly e-newsletters.
TPP plays a major role in the Clicks digital space, conceptualising digital campaigns, managing all social media platforms and developing digital content, which includes web articles, video tutorials and custom apps. The Clicks digital team also produces all the content for the Clicks Health Hub – an extensive A-to-Z directory of conditions, medicines and vitamins, minerals and supplements.
